Я купила віллу! Можете мене привітати. Розкажу коротко, як все було. Я знайшла в інтернеті декілька сайтів по продажу нерухомості. Серед них мені найбільше сподобався Nuevos Edificios, адже тут працює багато українців. Я вирішила, що з ними точно буде легше працювати. Так і було. Мене запросили в Іспанію на огляд новобудов. В аеропорту я зустрілась із Павлом та Євгенією. Вони провели мене до готелю, який заздалегідь забронювали. Наступного дня пішли дивитись вілли. За 2 дні я визначилась із нерухомістю. В Україні я займався банківською справою. Чесно кажучи, ніколи не подумав, що в Іспанії у мене з цим можуть виникнути проблеми. Як виявилось, для іноземця відкрити рахунок в місцевому банку — це ще той квест. Спершу не так просто обрати сам банк, потім треба зібрати всі документи, звернутись до нотаріуса і так далі… У мене на це зовсім не було часу. Тому я довірив цю роботу Nuevos Edificios. Вони професіонали своєї справи. За декілька днів мій рахунок був готовий. Рекомендую.
