New development for sale in Denia, Alicante
Just 25 metres from the Almadraba beach in the Alicante town of Denia is the Denia Beach development. This area, with average annual temperatures of 18ºC, is only 100 kilometres from Alicante airport and just one hour from Valencia airport, in a bay at the foot of the Montgó mountain natural park.
Perfectly communicated by road, close to the urbanisation is the coastal road of Les Marines, which connects with the AP-7 and the N-332. There is also a cycle lane along this route which allows you to enjoy the coastline. Denia is also connected by train with Alicante and a ferry connects it with the Balearic Islands by sea.
