New development for sale in Denia, Alicante

Just 25 metres from the Almadraba beach in the Alicante town of Denia is the Denia Beach development. This area, with average annual temperatures of 18ºC, is only 100 kilometres from Alicante airport and just one hour from Valencia airport, in a bay at the foot of the Montgó mountain natural park.

Perfectly communicated by road, close to the urbanisation is the coastal road of Les Marines, which connects with the AP-7 and the N-332. There is also a cycle lane along this route which allows you to enjoy the coastline. Denia is also connected by train with Alicante and a ferry connects it with the Balearic Islands by sea.

A bus stop just a few metres from the Denia Beach residential complex connects it with the centre of Denia. The Oliva Nova Golf Club is only 15 minutes away along the coast.  In the surroundings of the complex, there are several restaurants and a park, as well as a supermarket at 500 metres. 

Denia is located to the north of Alicante, next to the Montgó reserve, an area with varied flora where you can enjoy climbing and hiking. The castle that dominates the landscape stands out from its heritage. From the castle descend singular narrow streets that revive the town's Moorish past. 

Its coastline is varied, with a dozen beaches and coves of sand, gravel or rock, many of which are easy to access and others are small hidden paradises. In this area is the marine reserve of Cabo de San Antonio, a perfect place for the enjoyment of divers and water sports enthusiasts.

The Denia Beach complex is a new development, almost ready to move into, which is completely fenced and has a security checkpoint. It is made up of 78 designer homes, ranging from ground floor to penthouses, with one, two and three bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms.

Its communal areas stand out for its two swimming pools, sandy pools with chill-out areas, and its green spaces and promenades. The development also has direct access to the beach and an underground car park with 93 parking spaces.

Its interior spaces are spacious and open-plan, with American kitchens that open onto the living room. The kitchens are furnished and equipped with electrical appliances, as well as dishwasher and washing machine facilities.
