Valley Collection is a new development consisting of 224 homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms. The residential complex features over 20,000 m2 of landscaped green areas, an infinity pool, and business rooms. We are pleased to announce the Pre-launch of our new Valley Collection development, located just a 3-minute walk from Higuerón Sport Club in the west direction.

The plot spans 74,703 m2 and will accommodate 224 homes. The modules will consist of 3 floors: ground floor or garden villas, first floor, and penthouse.

A significant and distinguishing feature is that Valley Collection will have over 20,000 m2 of landscaped green areas with native plants.

Moreover, this development is BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certified, providing a significant stamp of identity towards sustainability and energy efficiency in our homes.
